Who manages the Fontys webshop?
The Fontys Webshop is managed by Unigear. Unigear is a specialist in managing sustainable merchandise for educational institutions in the Netherlands and Belgium.
How do I order products via this webshop?
After the choice has been made, you can add the product to the shopping cart. If you want to order multiple products, click Continue shopping until all desired products have been added. Then follow the options for paying for the order.
How do I redeem my received gift voucher or discount code?
Follow the above metioned process, but before you go to Place order, you first enter the received voucher code / discount code. You do this in the Discount code field and then press Use discount code. Pay attention ! After confirming the discount code, you cannot go back to the previous field. If you do this, the discount code / voucher code will be seen as used before and can no longer be used. If you have redeemed the discount code / voucher code, you will see this in the final amount of the shopping cart. Then click on Proceed to checkout and complete the order according to the above instructions.
What is the delivery time?
After placing the order, it is automatically processed in our warehouse system and the order will be shipped within 48 hours. Via the warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, followed by an e-mail with the track & trace code (s) of the order.
Can I pick up the order somewhere?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an order delivered to a PO box number or a pick-up point. The order will always be delivered to its own physical address.
Can I return incorrectly ordered items?
Yes that is possible. Click on the exchange / return link in the footer of this webshop for the method.

How long will it take to expect a response from Unigear?
Unigear strives for a response time to an email of 1 working day. A request for a quote will be confirmed within 1 working day. The quotation itself will be sent within 2 working days.
I am dissatisfied with a product, what should I do?
Please contact Unigear via service @ unigear. We will confirm the complaint and offer you a suitable solution.
